Remember who you really are
Stress, limiting beliefs or feeling not really seen. These emotions often nestle in the body first, even before you notice them mentally. Usually silently, until your system starts whispering… or screaming. By the time you feel discomfort or fatigue, your body has been trying to tell you something for a while.
Learning to listen to your body is a skill you can train. One that can bring insight, space and reconnection.
Therapeutic yoga helps you return to your own rhythm, gently, consciously and in connection with yourself.
"When we practice the art of stopping, we create the space to listen. And in that listening, we hear the wisdom that waits for us"
- Deborah Adele, The Yamas and Niyamas-
What is Yoga Therapy?
Therapeutic yoga is a personal, body-centred approach to wellbeing. It interweaves gentle dialogue, emotional insight and attuned movement to support both your physical and mental health. This method goes beyond the modern form of yoga.
It offers a holistic path to greater balance, clarity and growth, in your personal life, your leadership and your inner world.
Each session is shaped based on what you bring: from physical postures (asanas) and breath work to deeper reflection, rooted in timeless wisdom. It is a space to slow down, reconnect and restore.
At LHD Executive Coaching, therapeutic yoga is offered as:
- A standalone practice to support your mental, emotional and physical health.
- A valuable complement to executive coaching, for deeper self-reflection and integration.
- Group classes, both online and on location, for those longing for a shared space for transformation.

What to expect from a session
In my practice, I work one-to-one, so your needs, challenges and goals are always at the centre. Although each session is unique, these core components always form the basis:
- Natural alignment
We restore communication between body and mind by gently bringing awareness to posture, movement and structural imbalance.
- Breathwork
A powerful tool to reconnect with yourself, your energy and your emotional inner world.
- Meditation & inner wisdom
Practices that cultivate stillness and self-insight, giving access to your deeper knowing, where healing and transformation often begin.
- Self-care and fascia release
We work with movements that soften the fascia (connective tissue), Yoga Nidra, Ayurvedic insights and nutritional advice to nourish your nervous system and support your overall well-being.

Hi, I’m Linda
For me, yoga is not about mastering complex postures, but about rediscovering your essence. It is philosophy, spirituality and the lived experience of what it means to be present in your body.
The physical postures are tools to support deeper understanding, healing and connection between body and mind. In my sessions, I interweave my academic background and professional experience with age-old yoga wisdom. I draw inspiration from Patanjali’s eightfold path and other timeless teachings, among others, so that each session is guided with care and depth.
I trained at the Soma Yoga Institute in California, where therapeutic yoga is taught as a practice of integration, compassion and transformation.

FAQs About Yoga Therapy
Why Choose Therapeutic Yoga With Me?
Thanks to my (200-hour) Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training at Soma Yoga Institute and my background as a nurse, I know the body’s neutral alignment and so I also see it when it deviates from it. Any deviation from this neutral alignment creates noise in the communication between body and mind. This noise makes you feel discomfort, but at the same time you can’t quite place where this is coming from. When you can place this, you get faster and clearer insight into any mental imbalance or physical abnormalities. It also works the other way round; therapeutic yoga can also teach you how to deal with discomfort. Learning to recognise what feels right for your body and what doesn’t can help you recognise what does and doesn’t feel right in everyday life, in relationships and in your career. This helps you make better choices that you support. Choices that fall within your own boundaries.
