About me
Meet Linda – Your Yoga Therapy Expert
In my work, I see firsthand how women often struggle to balance their ambitions with their personal needs. It can sometimes feel impossible—having a successful career and a healthy work-life balance, being practical yet spiritual or intuitive, strong yet gentle. From my professional experience (and personal journey), I want to show you that it’s entirely possible to have both. Everything I’ve learned and carried with me shapes the professional I am today—an interim manager, executive coach, and therapeutic yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience.
“The lessons of yesterday form the wisdom of today and the strength of tomorrow.”
It Wouldn’t Have
Been Without the Other
Looking back on my career, I’m proud of the steps I’ve taken from a young age. However, this journey has also brought its fair share of walls, setbacks, and resistance I’ve had to overcome—or rather, learn how to navigate. When I talk about my struggles and the dark times I’ve faced, people often react with, “You? You’re the ‘self-made woman’? I wouldn’t have expected that from you.” But the truth is, it wouldn’t have been without the other.
Life Is About Balance
I, too, regularly search for the balance between the different sides of my personality (calm and understanding, but sometimes passionate and temperamental) and between my role as a successful entrepreneur while also enjoying travel and the ultimate feeling of freedom. Both sides are part of me. And although I’m not proud of every characteristic, they’ve each helped me navigate different phases in my life. Without them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. It’s all about recognizing, embracing, and thanking those parts. When you do that, even your “weaknesses” can become strengths.
It’s Possible to Have Both
Thanks to my profession, I’ve had the privilege of leading many people and collaborating with countless others. The more people you meet, the more mirrors you encounter. My work and life experiences have shown me my strengths and weaknesses, and I’ve had to confront myself repeatedly. I began a journey of self-discovery, giving myself space to view both my personal life and my business choices and ambitions from a fresh perspective.
I combined my findings with a transcendental vision (which centers on the holistic development of the individual) and my foundation in historical wisdom, travels, and other cultures. The result? A shift in focus to true leadership, more deeply connected to the human aspect of leadership—professionally, as an employee or employer, and as an executive. In my work, I blend business, body, and mind in a unique way. The two needn’t exclude each other.
So, Who Are You?
Who are you when what you want can exist alongside each other? What I offer you is my knowledge, a mind that philosophizes, sometimes a few steps ahead, and a specific vision on growth, safety, development, balance, and self-care/self-love. All with the unshakable belief that women (and men) can have it all—stay true to themselves, and take the lead. As a manager, I pass this on to my employees, and as a coach, I have the talent to inspire and support you one-on-one in your own journey.
