About me
Hi, I’m Linda
In my work, I meet people who carry a lot, responsibility, ambition, care for others, but often forget to take good care of themselves.
I know how easy it is to lose touch with your own rhythm in the quest for success.
How difficult it sometimes feels to be both strong and soft at the same time, strategic and intuitive, driven and grounded. With more than 15 years of experience as an interim manager, executive coach and therapeutic yoga teacher, I have learned one thing:
You don’t have to choose.
You can build a meaningful career as well as stay true to who you really are. Through coaching, retreats and guidance, I offer space for clarity, embodiment and conscious leadership.
"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are"
- Carl Gustav Jung-
It Wouldn’t Have Been Without the Other
There are years when I go fast, climb, perform, prove.
And there are years when I slow down, break, listen, grow. Both shape me.
The strength people now see in me did not come about despite the difficult chapters, but because of them. Every resistance, every silence offered a mirror.
And with time, I learned to stand still long enough to see what was really being asked of me.
What people often fail to see is that life has not handed me anything on a silver platter either. Like you, I know loss, doubt and the weight of expectations.
I spent time in the shadows, learning about the darkness, of myself and others. But I made a choice: to not let it define me.
To not stay in the role of victim.
I chose to take ownership. To find strength in gentleness.
To transform pain into presence.
So now when people say, ‘You are so grounded, so bright, so self-made,’ I smile, because my truth is deeper.
Just like yours.

It can be both
Throughout my work and my life, I have met extraordinary people and one of them is myself. She carries two sides within her. And both have led, built, failed, learnt. Both have known joy and sadness.
They taught me this: I can be powerful and sensitive, ambitious and grounded, strategic and quiet.
We don’t have to choose. And we certainly don’t have to apologise for being both.
Over the years, I have intertwined my background in leadership, my coaching practice, yoga training and love of ancient wisdom and travel.
This combination has shaped a new way of leading, one where business, body and mind do not compete, but rather complement each other.
So, who are you?
Who are you when you don’t have to choose? When you don’t have to apologise? When there is nothing left to prove?
When what you long for and what you need are finally allowed to exist in the same space?
Maybe you are someone with a sharp vision as well as a soft heart.
Someone who needs time to reflect, breathe and reconnect with what really matters, before taking your next bold step.
Curious what becomes possible when we join forces?
Let’s get into a conversation.
"You were born with wings, why prefer to crawl through life?"
